I know of some offices that still used XP up 'til Microsoft pulled support, simply because it was too much hassle to migrate the network onto new software.

It still looks somewhat better than what MilesDF makes. Fingers aren't that square and the characters look less like plastic figurines. And I'm pretty sure this artist doesn't do commisions or YCHs with four digit prices.
