As far as kinks go, this comic was on the mild side. Consensual, vanilla, no gore or vore or pain or anything of the sort. Their IP lawyers have to look at a LOT of worse things than this.

He probably can. But he isn't going to continue the comic in its original format off of Patreon, or said he isn't anyway.
The main thing was that he couldn't post them / fund them through Patreon anymore, so he switched the format away from Eeveelutions so that he could continue getting funding for it.

Any hint of it being funded by Patreon would probably get him Striked again - the current pages being posted elsewhere was noted by staff as being fine. Not sure if he could post new ones really since it wouldn't matter without another DMCA presented to Patreon, but they don't do any verification of the claims (its literally just a form) so there's nothing stopping someone pretending they are Nintendo.

Ahh I'd figured he could probably avoid using any Pokemon via patreon and probably use whatever painting program as a side project and keep the normal animal like ones with patreon. I mean from what I hear Nintendo just didn't want making money off of using their characters. But I don't know how far they would go having him use Pokemon more.

Good to see this page again. Nice to see OSE hanging on. Though, it does sound like OSE is going to stay albeit, at the background, which is probably for the best. For now.

Kinda irks me that Kuroo and Zonk and possibly others had to redesign everything pokemon related when the others are still able to keep their pokemon related work on their patreon as rewards. I don't think it is fair.
These redesigns are really good and I like them alot but it is sad that well never really be able to see new art of Lucario or Braixen or eeveelutions.

This is a big mood, regardless of everything that's happened with this comic.
