MemberI had the same thought and looked at the other version to see if his tongue pokes out of the pred dragon’s asshole, but no. It’s a mystery.

Memberit's probably a layering error, artists usually draw with layers, i bet when making the "belly" layer it accidentally overlapped the "green dragon" layer.
