Sometimes even when both parties know they want the same thing, neither wishes to "submit" to the other's advances due to pride. Seems Veroth managed to get atop Nilghais anyways, however, and satisfy both of their desires! Though no doubt the latter will later claim she let him so she could have what she wanted. And who could say no to a delicious knotted filling like that?
Though of course, allowing a breeder dragon like Veroth to do so will have some consequences...
