    i require vr support

Wish I could do that, but honestly I have no idea how I'd get that to work, let alone actually making sure it works without VR equipment :(

I'm no expert, but I am sure whatever (modern) renderer you use has an option to output the video in a simple side-by-side VR-format.

    Nice animation, btw.

If you export the video at a high enough FOV, you can view any video in the steam VR media player at like 180° or 360°

  • Three years on, I might as well toss my hat into the ring for, "Please let me view this in 'vr'...". I know there are a few animations here that are made to be viewed via a smartphone based headset that essentially use stereoscopic 3D/split and offset images to allow a more immersive viewing experience. If you think you've gained a fair bit of experience, it may be worth reaching out to other animators/artists on how to achieve the effect. Milktank 3D Redux would be amazing. -3- But, ultimately, it's your decision.
