The species of Synths are highly modular in-canon, and open-source over all. It's very likely that hands with more than 2 fingers are available in almost every augment store should one prefer it.

My own Synth even has 3 fingers for example. The limits hardly stop at just how many fingers you can have, though. The power of modularity is truly endless!
