As much as I'd love to see a new comic featuring Digimon instead of Pokémon, I think we'd best avoid a DMCA from Bandai Namco. Which is a shame: this Terriermon looks adorable!

Nintendo is well known for sending DMCA notices about Pokemon porn. Bandai is not known for sending notices for Digimon porn. Both Pokemon comics and Digimon comics are quite common. So why are you making that statement?

Likely to avoid getting hopes up for a Digimon soul-succesor to OSE when other companies could make the dick move and issue claims despite the content being quite "fair use"-like, much as Nintendo did

IMO Nintendo needs to leave artists like Kuro here alone they've been working on that OSE comic for gods know how long and then they suddenly tell Kuro to stop THAT is bull
