KDVC Commission

Every once in a while, a picture will just destroy me. A picture that shouldn't be difficult in any way, that should really be a walk in the park, will just become completely impossible for me to draw.

This is one of those pictures.

I'm not sure why. The request was pretty simple. The character is pretty simple, even the background is about as easy as they get. But every single step of the way just completely refused to come together. I drew it and re-drew it, tossed it and started again, inked it several times on several pieces of paper, and even had to re-start the colouring at one point thanks to a pretty shitty start.

I don't know why, but this picture just didn't want to be! So, do me a favour. If you happen to see a mistake or an issue and you want to point it out, just... don't. xD I've probably already agonized over it for hours already, I don't need any more this time.

So, KDVC. I do hope you like the result, I certainly gave it my all! But if for any reason you're unsatisfied with the result, don't hesitate to let me know, I'll do my best to get it sorted out. :P
