Generally, if it's addressing the image itself or its content, it's fine. That's what the comment section is for - to 'comment' on the work presented.

Then why were you doing the same thing he was doing? Yes i know you weren't saying when you got here, but you were not commenting on the work presented either. If you cant see you were kinda being rude then there's no help for you. And before you come back with a snarky reply, just know that the beginning of this comment isn't related to the image and i know very well it isnt.
