April 10th: The bill has been vetoed!
April 2nd: The politicians in Arizona are about to sign into law a bill that would mandate sites like e621 to either impose age verification on all users or be at a risk of lawsuits. Such system would be required to go through third party vendors, who in turn must go through a government database to verify every user's age. This is not only a major violation of privacy, but it also opens up a very real danger of identity theft through phishing schemes and other methods, not to mention that we would not be able to control any of that information to make sure it is permanently deleted after age verification is complete.
Unfortunately, Arizona is the state out of which e621 operates, which means that this law will almost certainly affect us if it is to pass. If want to help us ensure that this site can continue to serve you without being required to know who you are, please ask the Arizona governor to veto this bill.
Please, help us get the word out by letting others know about this issue.
For some further information on what the bill does have a look at https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2586/
We still have a Discord server, come talk to us!

MemberIn my opinion, if MindGeek (the owner of Pornhub, YouPorn, RedTube, Brazzers, NubilePorn, etc.), Playboy and other big companies in the industry of adult entertainment started treating furry porn as a genre of porn just as big as step fantasies, MILF or creampie fetish (I'm pretty much into all kinds of creampie stuff in the boundaries of heterosexuality, BTW) by the time of having furries and scalies as the 6th and 7th human race (starting from at least the 2030s), Vanessa would be a good idol, spokeswoman and mascot of Playboy. She would be the best porn actress of the industry!
Why? Because this picture is a perfect Playboy cover material!

MemberFirst of all pornhub already includes furry/anthro pornography even if it isn't its own category but you could just use the search bar.
Now lets assume that your goals have been achieved and now big-porn now displays furry/anthro as a specific category. What happens now?
Most likely the majority of porn consumers hate and actively resents the change and will make the association between furries and "cringe pornography" thus exacerbating the cultural stigma that the term furry seems to be intertwined with. This *could* be less of a problem for pornhub seeing as it acts more as a database for people to search for a particular desire but this shit would not fly in something playboy where it has to appeal to a large audience.
As for Vanessa being the spear-head of your furry revolution the main problem I see is that while most people are accepting of furries (anthro mammals) I think insects are a bit of a stretch for a first impression.
P.S. We are years off human genetic modifications in both technology and ethics.

MemberUPDATE: I've seen a couple of yiff videos popping up on Pornhub recently, and it's not in the Recommended tab, it's the Popular tab! I mean, we kinda did it.

MemberThey were in the Creampie section's Popular tab and the view count varies greatly from 8K to 200K views. What I saw yesterday, they were like five of them (if we can count Mina Ashido from My Hero Academia) and from these analytics, the average view count of the videos was around 53K/day, which is still a far cry from the 500-600K average per-day view count of hentai and the 800K-1M average per-day count of live-action porn in the Popular tab, but this is still a huge step forward.
