I highly doubt a seatbelt will help or even do anything in a 190+ kmph crash, but yeah, you should wear them, but also probably NOT drive at those speeds...

Seriously guys and girls, get car with manual shifting!
It's much more adrenaline than just putting brick on pedal and waiting. With manual shift you have to feel your car and listen to it. It's awesome, whole Europe rides cars that way and you don't need high speeds to feel it!
