Okay, I can survive downvotes for this. Whatever a person is wearing, even if it is nothing, is not permission to ogle or stare at them. Anyone looking at anyone like this is a creep, regardless of biological sex or how physically attractive either party is. Maybe he is staring at something else, but everyone that responds like that does so because they have a story, or a few. Beautiful image+characters from a good artist.
