MemberThere needs to be a lot more musculature on that upper neck to support that second jaw, no way that there's enough bite force on either of them with how much the edge of the lip is pulled back. Throat doesn't even look attached to the lower set.

MemberNa it does look like the artist has shaded for two seperate throats, i dont think you would require much more muscle for a second jaw, given it is mostly empty space.
Though i can agree on the bite force, seems it would be a very delicate procedure, probably more of a scavenger, extra space to grab food and flee quickly.
I dont know how i feel about there being a chin on the top mouth and not a top lip for the second mouth
Would be cool to see different teeth in each mouth for specialised hunting, ie canine teeth top jaw for tearing and chewing and nurse shark teeth on bottom for fishing.
Overall a cool drawing!
