This is just how I thought of it, but I could be wrong.

Their expressions could almost be caricature masks of Jaime and Cersei's entire separate existences (smug apathy in Jaime and the maniacal evil in Cersei).. and also, I noticed the guy's hand was a replacement, so it really made me think of Jaime & Cersei.
I do like it, btw, I'm not meaning to convey I see unoriginality or anything, it's really just an observation. :D
I wonder about their actual backgrounds.. I haven't followed the artist before or anything, so I'm not familiar with them past this post and the other few with their names tagged on here.
