Where on earth you are seeing a foreskin here? The character has relatively humanoid-like glans, and few wrinkles or veins near the glans, but there is absolutely no foreskins here. Or are you calling the sheath near the slit as "human foreskin" or what?

Ah forgive me I was calling the glans the foreskin.

But You said it yourself humanoid like glans so this is humanoid_genitalia,humanoid_penis unless you can find some animal that has the the glands of the human penis not including primates which doesn't apply here. Even if it has a knot but humanoid glans which is unique only to humans (I believe anyway) no other animal has the shape of the human glans then it is human in nature.
