It was originally Oversexed Eeveelutions that went on for 3 years. But Nintendo recently canned it and so the artist, Kuro, was forced to change designs and start anew. So this is the product, a new comic called Changing Fates with the previous cast of OE redesigned and some new characters like Tai or Kiwi.

I think you misread his question. Both "Oversexed Evolutions" (emphasis mine) and "Changing Fates" have been used in reference to this newer run.

To answer the question, I think "Oversexed Evolutions" is the name he's going with. It's what's on the top of each page.

For some inexplicable reason, when a character in ANYTHING is named Leon I think of DnD. I don't get it, its not in any way related to the very few games of it I played.

Yes and no. Kuroodod did explain that they had to stop posting it on patreon due to copyright issues(The Excuse Nintendo Made). But Kuroodod can still post on furry sites, and did say they will continue Oversexed Eeveelutions on the side, 'very' slowly. It's because Kuroodod was making money off of NSFW Eevees. As long as they aren't making 'selling' NSFW Eevees on websites like patreon, Kuroodod can still make it. But, an artist needs money, so, sticking to only something they can't make money on is going to make things hard on them, and slow on us.
