The US Army Air Corps had WASPs (Women Airforce Service Pilots); the US Navy had WAVES (Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service); the US Cost Guard had the SPARS (the United States Coast Guard Women's Reserve); the US Marines had the United States Marine Corps Women's Reserve; the Brits had the WAAF (Women's Auxiliary Air Force) and the WRNS (Women's Royal Naval Service)

One, yes, however she is in an officer's uniform and has Wings however it turns out that they are German... again... What is up with you weird furries (is not a weird furry) and nazies? Anyway, she is a Sicherheitsdienst as it was said before.

Two, no woman during the time period is wearing that without being an officer.

more then likely he could just have a lot of respect for women, and doesn't really think about what the others would think about. Either that or he's gay, I hope the latter:-P
