If post is deleted, it is then deleted for a reason, so we have automated system that prevents that same file from being uploaded again.
If the post was deleted for a reason that doesn't apply anymore, we restore the previous post, at which point the post is once again on account that originally uploaded it, so deleting the post because uploaded with wrong account, you cannot really fix that because it's going to stay on that account regardless.
