Honestly, humans are probably Typeless.
Many people think Normal-type is just the absence of any type, which is incorrect.
It's a type of its own. Humans aren't Pokemon, so it makes sense they wouldn't have a Pokemon type.

But all that's irrelevant anyway because the games, anime, and manga all show purely spectral Ghost-types like Gengar being able to alter their physical density at will, either disappearing entirely or becoming solid. And obviously many Ghosts like Chandelure and Honedge inhabit physical bodies.
