Her deft fingertips weren’t silent enough as the crinkle of wrapper alerted the doggirl to Jessica’s treachery! But before Sherri could slap the candy away Jessica had already opened it with a wry grin. “Hey! Her lips pursed together in a pouty frown as she witnessed such debauchery, although she was more flustered that she didn’t have the gumption to do it herself. “It’s bad luck to eat them before they get a chance.”
