MemberThis is most likely the patreon version. The one marked for deletion has this weird filter on it from the source, which is now suspended. Idk if the filter is either intentionally put there by the artist or if twitter compression made it that way.

Janitorthough my question wasn't answered, judging by the quality of the file being rather similar to the now deleted webm I believe it to be a conversion of a file that was on e6 due to quality similarities. As the user upon reading past comments does indeed spend time converting filetypes
