    Yea but it means he would have been 13 at the time the son was born, which is not a good age to become a father

    Both are legally adults. It doesn't really matter if you let it slide or not as it is your opinion.

    I find it not as bad as 50-60 years old with 20 year old trophy wives. That is a level of creepy that I personally don't like. But that's my opinion.
