Hmm. This could be an interesting case study on tagging what you see vs. outside knowledge. If the artist said this was meant to be a flat-chested female, and the character is a known female (often drawn butch/flat-chested), it would be hard to argue it's maleness. As it stands, this maybe even deserves ambiguous_gender? Very tough to say. I'm not gonna touch the tags.

The hips are not male. The abdominal muscles are not male. Tag What You See dictates that "gathering info" doesn't matter. Based on the rules, I'm retagging as Ambiguous Gender.
