link seems to be from their old site that they secretly put up for only about a week that included a few NSFW versions of their dakimakura's. They sell the SFW version on their etsy which is in the sources.

It seems like Lemon Creme haven't put out merch with NSFW designs since the batch that included this cover last December. Which is a shame, because I didn't even know this existed and now I really want it to complement the SFW version.
