  • Someone needs to explain to Diana that while the ban on public urination was lifted, the bans on talking or making eye contact during public urination were not

If shit works as fertilizer, piss will too!

Actually incorrect, Urine is a sterile liquid that has no nutritional value to plants. Typically Urine is composed of Water, Urea, and any chemicals that are not broken down in the body(an example of this is a type of chemical in soda we don't digest and can be used to trace how much urine has gotten into a swimming pool, there is a youtube video testing this) causing urine to kill plants.

An example, my dog repeatedly pissed on some plants next to my house, the plants AND THE GRASS, all died horribly and left huge patches of dead ground.

Additionally, the large localized amount of warm liquid suspends the ground which then settles into a denser, harder texture than before, making it harder for roots to grow

  • It's been months since the public pee ordinance was enacted, everything that was green is now dead and dried up, only briefly moistened by the pitter-patter of the occasional yet brief villager bathroom break.

The mayor realizes it's too late to fix this mistake and resets his file, vowing never to tread down this slippery slope again.

It's a phosphate fertilizer as far as things suspended in it.

in poor enough quality soil it can actually help, as urea is basically nitrogen. The problem is that too much nitrogen is a problem, and as you said, animals will usually urinate in the same spot. Urine also isn't sterile, though it is probably the closest you come with body fluids other than maybe tears. /pedantry
