    Seems like this one is different from the first one after all (no text). I think the artist uploaded the wrong pic, then went back and corrected the mistake after the first one was already uploaded to this site. I was wondering why it allowed me to upload it.

    There are a couple of differences in the details:

    1. As you already mentioned, the onomatopoeia denoting his heavy breathing is absent.

    2. The brightness of nearly all of the cum has been adjusted to be either brighter (on most of his body, his penis, his face and mouth, and next to him on the bed) or darker (in the air, on and directly under his balls, and on his lower legs).

    3. The Patreon logo/url is smaller.

    4. In the first picture, there are noticeable grey brush strokes near some of the cum droplets in the air. That's fixed in this version.

    Please remember the source. Makes easier to check on things when it's more clearly from same source.
