Though truth be told, the transformation is probably the least bothersome part of the whole deal. After all she's been through, this partial transformation is relatively tame. However, having to prance around naked with nothing but a jingle-bell harness on? That was explicitly NOT in the main text of the terms of this Adventurer-Request Form.
