To the person who ticketed this guy...I'm, like, 99% sure that comments requesting art are not against the rules. Pretty stupid, sure, but nothing wrong with them.

I think there was a ToS update or something that pretty much makes it easy to report comments now.

From the way I see it, asking for art is spam and is not constructive to anything. It's just "I want this. Give it to me, artist."

Also, this user already got a neutral record for requesting art, meaning that this new ticket is justified because they were already given a fair warning

But both his comments are ticketed and I'm pretty sure English isn't his prime language. Only one asked about art the other was just a comment.

I'm not sure what you mean by "both" comments since I can't seem to find a ticket on his second comment here.

And his first language doesn't really matter. He's asking the artist to do something without offering any sort of payment, which is still against site guidelines
