You bout right about that, you can check the character sheet, it indeed is a stylized Wingull. (And hella beautiful)

wonder why Lumen has fearful face and act frightened all the time lol, in character panel said he a kind of self-confident.

The beak on Wingull really threw me off. Beak shape is pretty important for id'ing birds, so, not the best choice for stylization imo

well the bio does say sammy (Mightyena) is best friends with Lumen (umbreon) awesome that it is shown though
