Ruadri seems to pretty much be the single best at animating orgasms at this point... Hmm, well in case of real-life humans, where the penis is around 17-20 cm it is unlikely to be seen in the abdomen. When it comes to toys, if can see the bulge then something went terribly wrong, since the sigmoid colon is, well, sigmoid not straight. Obviously moving the intestine is not lethal, but it means you ruined your mesentery at some point.
