  • At least she realizes she was unnecessarily harsh. Sounds like everyone's a bit on edge this afternoon/evening.

  • At least Freya acknowledged the fact that what was said was harsh towards Lyre. Now if she gives him a sincere apology, I think it'll ease the tension in the guild a little bit. It won't help with Lyre's needs but at least he won't feel like nobody cares, which is the most important part of all of this.

  • Well I mean, Sidra should respect Bolero, he hears them doing that everywhere in the guild, give the poor guy a break. I don’t know what Sidra’s deal is. As for Lyre, I mean he’s helped out another couple before so he might just be concerned about Aiden since he’s his friend.

I doubt it'd be that easy, honestly. Apology or not, she still treated him like that, and this isn't exactly the first time something similar has happened.

Plus, there's the issue of Dominic. Even if you try to excuse what he said as being defensive of Aiden, he hasn't been shown to look even slightly apologetic. It's kinda telling that Lyre doesn't tend to ask Dom for sex, even when he's pent up, despite him being bi.

  • Yup, just as I thought, neither of em actually dislike each other, they just fucked up communicating properly resulting in a non-argument. They should all just chill out and have a snickers, guess a pokéblock works too.

I'm pretty sure Dom is straight. Maybe a little bi-curious, but not openly so. Aiden is the only other one that's self-described as bi (despite not showing much interest in other guys, except for an apparent crush on Dom).

You're right, angsty people do just want to hold onto it, even if honest attempts are made

It's not angst to still be mad at someone if they've done this time after time. It's clear this isn't the first time the guild members treated him like this. This level of frustration doesn't come from nothing. An honest attempt is only accepted when there's an attempt to not do it again. Which doesn't seem the case with this guild and how they treat him.

Let me ask you something. Your partner cheats on you. The honestly apologize and you accept. Then they cheat on you again. Is it being angsty if you decide to still be angry after another honest attempt at apologizing?

Yes, because the solution the second time is obvious. Sticking around just to be upset about it more when you should have gone is telling

Who said anything about sticking around? Of course you should leave but acting like still being upset is angsty is a really bad argument. An attempt at an apology matters little if the actions of said apology isnt being upheld. Emotions are a normal thing. Not being happy with someone for how they treated you is a normal things that people do daily. That's not angst and I dont think you really know what that means if you believe it is.

I mean, you can't exactly force the dudes to want to have sex with you if they're not into dudes, or just don't want to fuck you. Tough break, but nobody's forcing him to stay either.

  • Freya is right to scold him. He clearly has a hard time understanding the word "no". Like I know he's meant to be a prick but god lyre is annoying.
