I'm prone to over analyzing things so I traced their gazes in paint. He is roughly looking at her ankle, and she is roughly looking at his mouth.

That's if you only trace it in 2D. From the angles and shading, you can tell that she has her legs spread to the side. So, he really has a view between her legs. He's staring at her crotch/boobs, which he is currently squirting all over, while she is casually watching his face as she makes him squirt. All over.
