In panel 6 we have legs, in panel 7 they still remain, but Aidel leg has appeared.

Eh, 99% of furry art that has knots don't depict them correctly. It's not supposed to fully form until near orgasm after it's already inside, acting as a plug since the orifice isn't loose enough to let it back through, not immediately on arousal and then shoved inside at full size. If it could slip in after forming, it could slip back out, making it ineffective at its task.

I get why it's depicted that way (some people just like to see the knot outside and forcing it in adds another level of kink, and some others just don't know better), and I can't say I dislike it. Though it would be nice to see proper behavior a bit more often.
