Originally it's a special zombie called The Bride. If you can kill her (re-kill her?) she drops it and her veil, though.

Which you can then wear as a vanity item, because why not? I'm more partial to the Archaeologist's Set though.

Oh, probably the dude. I don't watch PewDiePie but I gather from the tags and the comments that he did a Terraria playthrough at some point; him choosing to wear the Bride's set would not surprise me at all.

I like how all these amazing scenes in Felix's journey in the game depict a story of a warrior and his companions travelling the world and killing all that's evil.
