MemberDoes the tag for SCP-1471 apply? That SCP was submitted to the wiki on February 22nd 2013, while Walter's skull monster characters were published roughly a year prior in May of 2012. The green one seen in post #453904 might have been posted at a later date; I'll need to check that soon.
