Like a fine wine she just gets better as she ages.

She definitely holds up well considering she's roughly 95 in Keidran years.

All that magic entanglement with the Legacy estate and such probably paid off.

I'm fairly sure Rose is immortal at this point. She has the tendency to appear anywhere at any time and seems to have limited control over the mansion's magic. I think old Trace somehow connected her to the mansion's magical systems to act sort of like Jarvis, keeping her spirit alive for as long as the magic isn't lost.
