lets say angels fist size is of an avarage adult male, if what you say is true, it would be 1 word per heart, which means 8 words, and the string-type thing which connects the bead, there would be 7. we can see in this image a size of the string is about the size of angel's clenched fist which would mean the beads are probably about the same length, 8 + 7 = 15, so he is currently shoving basically 15 fists inside of him
