If its jammed. Then there has to be a bullet in it? if she's lucky, the jam got fixed without unloading the bullet, if not, well, blank shot that hurts like hell/major damage. Its jammed, so he likely wouldn't have cleaned it, leaving a bit of gunpowder left in it from the jammed bullet.
