I believe it was Darkus Alpha Hydranoid. Darkus Dual Hydranoid evolved into such after Masquerade fought and won against Exedra. So you'd be half right.

Drago becomes [Infinity Dragonoid] after Wavern, and [Perfect Dragonoid] after Naga. There is no Omega Dragonoid, just Delta.
