She's a priestess in Sonic Adventure, she has something to do with the Chao as well as Chaos, the water monster thingy, I don't know much myself and I played the damned game she's in !

I know she appeared in like one game (two if you count the cameos) but she was in the serie since at least 20 years...

But yeah, many characters in the serie are quite obscure (even in the classic era like Bark and Bean)

Her name is Tikal from Sonic Adventure 1. Distant relative to Knuckles and a guest playable character in Sonic Adventure 2 battle.

I can understand that people have troubles remembering her. I mean Adventure 1 started the trend of this serie to add new characters in each game (to the point where there are too many of them). This is why people said that Sonic had too many sh*tty friend afterwards...

I still like her but I cannot disagree with them
