Apparently this was a commission and the artist did not know about the original, probably the commissioner detailed what it should look like panel by panel.

It was on their Twitter but got removed because the original artist requested it to be taken down

Lines are clearly not stolen, it's sort of meme-ey... The main issue is that the text is lifted straight from the first one otherwise it's like trying to claim a pose. Hrm, kind of a grey area. But the artist definitely did a great job and I'm not about to get angry on behalf of someone else.

Yeah, I'm not sure what to make of this. It might've been the wrong move, but I don't think Jam meant to "steal" anything, just make their own version of it.
