Y'all thought I was gonna fuse Experiment 383: Swirly with Poliwag, did you? Think again. I fused him with Scraggy instead, because, like always, the anatomy is almost identical. Considering that Scraggy was never a psychic type to begin with, I thought it definitely worked with fusing Swirly and is probably one of my best fusions yet.
