Shot through the heart, and your to blame!

The limited resolution makes it difficult to determine what happened here.

This might be a shot through the hand/paw, but I think it looks more like a shot through the head. The closeup suggests this is actually a shot dead center of the forehead.

I'm not certain how we previously got context that she is alive, because being shot dead center of the forehead would presumably be quite fatal.

It might be a story told from the afterlife.

That or the context was during a conversation she was having where she told someone how things were going with him.

Which might be more plausible.

Judging by the shot I'd say he missed her head by a small amount but the glancing shot hit her paw.

Now does the gun have a full clip or a single bullet that's the question. If a single bullet just the bot to run from but if there's a full clip that's where things get interesting.

Closeup on the red bullet in bottom right shows blood from her forehead. That was a headshot.

Or like in Mafia 3, although that was more of a graze than a full on headshot, but it still could be a possibility

But wait. I just started reading this comic, so if she is alive, perhaps something to do with robots is involved?

I don't exactly think he just shot her to kill her (because killing off the main character would basically end the comic). So the options are that he injured her, and then proceeds to hold her hostage... OR he shoots, it goes past her ( but she thinks he shot her because of adrenaline and assumption), and he ends up shooting his robot guard that has a machine gun arm.

Yeah i like it he shoots the robot guard by mistake or on purpose. Better then she being killed and next page being end of comic.

Headshot theories fellas come on that would be the most boring ending ever and there's still plot holes. If and how would a part 2 work? grimart takes a page from Mass Effect 2 with the Lazarus Project O.O

And tbh I never saw this ending in a good way from the beginning of straxus x Jones well I liked the character but I guess not all endings are gonna be as the reader wants never got to see any cooch but it's good
