I think Chaut "lives in Sidra's head" in the literal sense, since she is always on her hair. But now that you mention, I don't recall any of the other members noticing the little fairy's presence.

In other words, Sidra is in a constant state of dripping balls on psychedelics because of her little flower-fairy buddy on her head... Guess by now she'd have a good tolerance though. Can only imagine at one point in the experience though she had to have been like Sokka from AtLA when he drank the cactus juice..

I wonder if the dust is produced by all fairy types, fairy/grass types, or if it's just specific to flabebe?
