Now, I'm not an expert on the tagging rules but it's "Tag what you see, not what you know," right? How are we supposed to see the character isn't just male?

Because of the breasts, or any other thing that is usually from the opposite gender, in this case we are seeing a "Dick Girl" (also know as Futanari)
