These two uploads are simply replacing two previous uploads which were 360p with high visible compression which are the full version and 720p being best public quality for them.
If there are earlier snippets from these animations, simply flag them as inferior.
Also they most likely don't fix any issues if they were just samples and artist continued to work on the rest of the animation as this is still 11 goddamn minutes long and according to credits only single animator and two voice actors.
