Predators of Denali - p23

<<< PREV | FIRST | NEXT >>>

[ Has it really been almost 3 months since posting a page to my galleries? Dang. Well, reason is, went on a long vacation, plus playing catch-up and other things has led to a slump in art, but now that I'm back into it, I need to resume with the updates here. Thank you for the patience! ]

Page 23 - Tala, under some mysterious effect, goes on to find the prey she could sense!

Predators of Denali is set on and around Denali, Alaska, the largest mountain in North America. It is still in-progress, with further progress available on my Patreon.

Thank-you to my Patreon supporters for making this comic possible! Supporting me on Patreon lets you see the comic early, as-it's-made, and in HD, but will be posted uncensored in entirety for free publicly at a lower res, and in physical print later.

  • Hmm now what is her prey? And what exactly brought this on? Wasn't she just being eaten out like 2 pages ago? I'm totally lost

  • Another page, another great piece of art from Kevlar. The body shot looks fantastic with the way fluff combined the anthro form with the feral instincts. The emphasis on the eyes in the last panel looks fantastic. The muzzle on the last panel also really fits well with the way the story is going. I have a few things that bug me about the page though. For example, the way that Tala just stops suddenly is a little odd looking, maybe could have her hind quarters raised just a little more to emphasize on the stop. In the 4th(?) panel, there could be a little bit of the smoke(?) around where her eyes would be, further pushing the fact of her feral instincts taking over.

Still another fantastically well done piece of art, great work!

    Not smoke. Aurora. Northern lights.

If you’re gonna give spoilers, at least put a spoiler block on it (the thing that puts a black bar over the text)

It's Denali. It would be aurora borealis.

Fair point, although I have learned to never assume that just because a furry fantasy story uses the name of a real location, it's actually set in that real location. So I tend to err on the side of 'could be.'
