Yep... but the good thing is you don't need to aim. Just point towards the basic area your target is in and pull the triggers.

Well, he's most likely a Mekhet with high auspex and celerity. Not to mention he probably invested in Ambidextrous and Gunslinger, and the Quicken Sight devotion doesn't cost much. Probably not the hardest hitter on the team, but good luck catching him.
