Can someone better explain Natani and Keith's relationship like im five? Keith is Male, identifies Male, and is attracted to Females. Natani is Female, identifies as Male, and is...Bi? But currently attracted to a Male.

Natani is female, has admitted she is female and is alright with it after waking from the coma.
Still prefers to be seen as a male shown when Flora who wasn't present at her reveal asks why
Natani is wearing bandages over her chest.

What genderfluid means from my understanding is someone who is one gender and identifies as either male or female based on how they are feeling at the time.

It means, as it sounds, having a fluid gender identity; making a comfortable mix from male and female identities, or switching between the two based on situation and mood.

A bit more nuance than that. Currently Natani is learning to embrace some of their female characteristics, but not willing to give up their male ones in the process.

The others explained it. But for more context on the how you can read the comic where it's explained. In short, Natani got hit by a soul-destroying spell. It only clipped her rather than hitting her full-blast, so she survived the initial attack but with a missing chunk of her soul. In order to save her from dying, she needed a "donor" that could fill in the missing chunk. She underwent a magical process which permanently linked her and her brother and used part of her brother's soul to fill the gap. The part she got included his gender identity. So, combined with the fact that she had to pretend to be male in her assassin role, led to her growing up with some gender identity issues.
