Never really liked Samurott, but this one looks good (Nice that she's standing on two legs like the actual design should've had).

The shell helmet runs partly down the neck of the Pokemon, so looks rather off seeing the entire thing protrude behind the head here as an Anthro... :P

I meant that Samurott primarily is on all-fours, when it's pre-evolutions weren't like that.
